ADDING FUNDS

Deposit into Your jili7vip Account

Adding funds starts the moment you open the Cashier from the account menu at the top of the screen. The deposit tab lists every available channel in a single scrollable row — GCash and Maya appear first because they settle quickly against your e-wallet balance, while Coins.

  • Open the Cashier

Log in, then tap the account icon and choose Cashier. The deposit tab is the default view. All available payment channels are listed here — GCash, Maya, Coins. ph and PESONet are shown in the order the system detects as available for your account region.

  • Choose Your Payment Channel

Select the method that matches where your funds are held. GCash and Maya connect directly to your e-wallet. Coins. ph links to your Coins wallet. PESONet routes through your bank account. Each selection loads the fields specific to that channel — do not mix details between methods.

  • Enter the Amount and Confirm

Type the deposit amount in the field provided. The screen shows the minimum accepted for that channel — follow what is displayed, not a figure from elsewhere. Tap Confirm to proceed. The payment provider's own confirmation screen appears next; complete it there before returning to your account.

  • Check Your Balance

After the payment provider confirms the transaction, the credited amount appears in your account balance. Keep the reference number shown on the summary screen. If the balance is not updated after the provider has confirmed on their end, open a support ticket with that reference number attached.

REQUESTING PAYOUTS

Withdraw Funds Back to Your Wallet

When you are ready to move winnings or your remaining balance out of your account, the withdrawal flow sits in the same Cashier section as deposits. Open Cashier, switch to the Withdrawal tab, and you will see the payout channels available for your account.

  • Open the Withdrawal Tab

From Cashier, switch to Withdrawal. The available payout channels appear — select the one linked to your verified wallet or bank account. The channel must match a verified payment method on your profile; unverified channels are greyed out until the verification step is complete.

  • Enter the Amount

Type the amount in the field. The screen shows the range for that channel. Stay within the displayed limits — a figure outside the range will be flagged before submission. Double-check the destination details shown on screen before confirming; edits after submission are not possible.

  • Submit and Track the Status

Tap Confirm to send the request. A Transaction ID appears on the confirmation screen — save it. Open Transaction History in your account dashboard to follow the status as it updates. The current state of each request is shown there in real time, not on a fixed schedule.

Account Verification on jili7vip
WALLET VERIFICATION

Account Verification on jili7vip

Verification connects your registered account name to the wallet or bank account you use for payouts. This protects your balance from being sent to an unrelated destination. The verification prompt appears automatically the first time you attempt a withdrawal; you can also start it early from the Profile section of your account.

  • Start Verification in Profile

Go to Profile in the account menu and open the Verification section. The form lists which documents or wallet details are required for each channel. Complete all required fields before submitting — partial submissions are saved as drafts but do not trigger a review.

  • Match Wallet and Account Name

The name on your GCash, Maya or bank account must match your registered account name exactly. Discrepancies are the most common reason verification is returned for correction. Check both names before uploading and correct either record first if they differ.

  • Upload the Required Documents

Follow the upload prompts in the form. Each field labels the accepted file types and size limits. After uploading, tap Submit. The review status appears in your Profile page — check there rather than re-submitting, as duplicate submissions reset the queue position.

  • Confirmation and Withdrawal Access

Once the verification review is complete, your Profile shows the channel as Verified. Withdrawal to that channel is then available from the Cashier without further document steps unless your account details change, in which case re-verification is required for the affected channel.

TRANSACTION RECORDS

Matching Wallet Transactions to Your Account

Every deposit and withdrawal generates a reference entry in your account's Transaction History. When a payment clears on the provider's side but does not immediately reflect in your balance, the first step is to compare the reference number from your GCash, Maya or PESONet transaction record with the entry in Transaction History.

  • Transaction Reference Number

Every payment from GCash, Maya, Coins. ph or PESONet generates a reference number on the provider's confirmation screen. Copy or screenshot this immediately. It is the single most important detail for matching a wallet transaction to the corresponding entry in your account's Transaction History tab.

  • Status Labels in Transaction History

Each entry in Transaction History carries a status: Pending, Processing, Completed or Failed. A Pending deposit means the platform received the initiation but the funds have not yet cleared from the payment provider. A Completed entry means the balance has been updated. Failed entries include a short reason code — read it before resubmitting.

  • Account History and Date Filters

Transaction History supports date-range filtering. If you are looking for a specific deposit or withdrawal, filter to the date the payment was made on your wallet app first.

  • Evidence to Keep for Support

If you raise a support ticket about a delayed or missing transaction, attach the wallet confirmation screenshot, the transaction reference number and the date of the payment. Those three items allow the support team to locate the payment record on their end without you needing to send additional follow-up messages to the same ticket.

ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How We Protect Your Transactions

Your account and every payment connected to it are covered by a set of access and identity controls that run before any fund movement is approved. These are not optional steps — they are part of how every withdrawal request is reviewed and how we keep your balance tied to the wallet registered to

  • Domain and Session Checks

Always access your account through jili7vip. The Cashier and withdrawal forms are only served over an encrypted connection on the verified domain. If a link directs you to a different domain before asking for your login credentials or payment details, do not proceed — contact support through the Help section immediately.

  • Identity Verification on Payouts

Withdrawals to GCash, Maya, PESONet or any bank channel require the destination to be verified against your registered account name before the first payout is released. This step prevents your balance from being redirected to an unrelated wallet. Verification status is always visible in the Profile section of your account.

  • Wallet Ownership Confirmation

The wallet or bank account receiving a withdrawal must be owned by the same person who holds the jili7vip account. We do not process payouts to third-party wallets or accounts registered under a different name.

  • Support Contact for Suspicious Activity

If you notice a transaction in your history that you did not initiate, or if a login attempt triggers an unfamiliar confirmation message, reach the support team through the Help section inside your account. Describe the transaction in question and include the reference number so the review can begin without delay.

BANKING QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions About jili7vip Banking

These questions come from account holders checking in about specific parts of the deposit, withdrawal and verification flow. If your question is not covered here, the Help section inside your logged-in account connects you directly to the support team.

Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my jili7vip account?

GCash, Maya, Coins. ph, PESONet and InstaPay are available in the Cashier for eligible accounts. Open the Cashier after logging in to see which channels are active for your account region — only available methods are shown. Make sure your wallet or bank account is registered to your profile name before depositing.

Why has my deposit not appeared in my balance yet?

The balance updates after the payment provider confirms the transaction on their side. Check the status in Transaction History first. If the status shows Completed but the balance has not updated, contact support with the reference number from your GCash, Maya or PESONet confirmation screen attached to the ticket.

How do I withdraw my funds and how long does it take?

Open Cashier, switch to the Withdrawal tab, select your verified payout channel and enter the amount within the displayed range. Submit the request and track its status in Transaction History. Processing time is not a fixed figure — check the current status label in your account dashboard rather than expecting a set timeframe.

What documents do I need for account verification?

Verification requires the wallet or bank account receiving the payout to match your registered account name. For GCash or Maya, the registered mobile number must align with your profile.

Can I use a different payment method for withdrawals than the one I deposited with?

Yes — the withdrawal channel does not need to match the deposit method. The channel you choose for payout must be verified under your account name in the Profile section. Channels that have not completed verification appear as unavailable in the Withdrawal tab until the verification step is done.

What should I do if a transaction is delayed or shows a Failed status?

A Failed status in Transaction History includes a reason code — read that first before resubmitting. If the status shows Pending for longer than expected without updating, open a support ticket via the Help section inside your account and include the transaction reference number, the channel used and the date of the payment.
